Lifetime Warranty

At the Best Damn Dog Bed Co. we have committed to using only the highest quality materials. We are so confident in our product that we are willing to offer a one-time replacement if the bed ever gets a significant depression (2 inches or greater) through normal usage. We only ask that you pay shipping costs to return the defective bed so that we can evaluate what went wrong and how we can improve our product in the future.

Contact us with any warranty claim, please provide a copy of your original order receipt and a picture of the defective bed.

What is not covered by this warranty:

• Interior foam that is excessively stained by urine or other fluids (moisture speeds up the breakdown of foam) 

• Foam that has been damaged by excessive digging, scratching, chewing or exposure to excessive heat source (don't put your bed in a dryer or use a hair dryer to dry off any spills)

• Damage to the cover - even though we have a very durable cover, even "indestructible" materials can be destroyed by the most determined dog. We cannot warranty the durability of the cover. If you experience cover damage, please contact customer service and we will do what we can to facilitate a replacement cover.

What does lifetime warranty mean?

We base our warranty off the average lifespan of a dog living in the united states and then some. For up to 15 years, we will provide a replacement at full product cost. In the event that you still have the bed longer than that and experience a problem, we will provide a prorated refund (or discount on a new product).
